Add properties in Front end don't work

Dear Dam,
I don't understand why I can't add properties in front-end, but I can only modify existing properties.
In back end I have no problem - I have checked permission, I switched to yes to allow to insert properties by front-end in configuration.
When I finished to insert the data and I click to "save" I receive a message that the properties is saved correctly without error
Do you have any suggestion?

With this kind of issue, please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the issue for you.
