'Call for price' default to 'no'

When entering a new property from the back-end, is there a way to default the 'Call for Price' to a 'no' condition so it always shows the pricing fields?

Also, we use a MLS# instead of Ref# but I can't seen to find this item (text) in the translate function to change the label.
