Error with alert email cron

Hi
I have set up the cron job to run in cpanel:
php /home/********/public_html/components/com_osproperty/cron.php

I get the following error emailed to me:
Error: Failed to start application: Failed to start the session because headers have already been sent by "/home/********/public_html/components/com_osproperty/cron.php" at line 1.

Permissions on the cron.php file are 0755

Could you let me know how to fix this please.

This is strange issue, please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account, control panel. I'll check the issue for you
