SOLVED !!! Error in Agent/Owner registration was created by Stephen

Hi

When I try to register an Agent/Owner (via the menuitem User: Registration) I get the error message below:

Any idea what could be wrong here?

If the problem can be solved why worry? If the problem can not be solved, worrying will do you no good.

Hi Stephen,
Please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account for checking the issue.
