Company new problem

I have a problem, I bought a template with this component that I bought separately.
Now in the template there was already a company. Now I wanted to create another one, but I can't. Returns me this error:
The JOOMLA user has been assigned to another agent.
Do you know how I can solve?

Hi,
In add/edit agent or company, you will see fields: Username and Password. Please leave those fields empty to make sure Joomla not to create new Joomla user.
