No upload document file

Hi
I have a problem. When I create a new property and try to upload a PDF or a doc, docx in the category details does not load the file. It tells me that it all went well but when I click on the users site on the attachments tells me that the file in the folder is not present and in fact if I go via FTP to see in that particular folder is not there.
I don't know how to fix
