Hi There,

Our client has just made a booking 30 minutes before the appointment time, even though we have the setting Disable Booking Before - Set to 24 hours. (1 day) Please see attachment.

We want to disable bookings for 24 hours from the current time. So the employee has 24 hours notice to plan before booking commences.

Please help fix this...

Hi Donna,
When you assign employee to Service, please remember to select Venue in the dropdown select list Venue and when you setup menu to layout: OS Services Booking - Default layout, you need to select Venue from parameter: Venue.

Hi Dam,

I have made the change to select venue in the dropdown select list when assigning employee to service.

but I don't understand what you mean when you say

How can I do this? I can't find this option in the configuraiton.

Hi Dam,

I found what you mean, in the menu options... but this doesn't work for us...

I can't select one venue, because we have multiple venues available on this booking page...
Are you saying we need to create different booking pages for different venues??

Hi Donna,
You are correct, because each menu will only contain one venue item (with option: Disable booking before)
