slot Occupied

I have created several tours with different schedules but I always get the Occupied slot, the user can not make a purchase, I have reviewed the reservation configuration and it seems to me that everything is fine, I do not know where I am making a mistake, but it is very urgent for me to solve it.

I have created another employee and I also get busy slot
In reservation configuration this option is marked in no but it still does not work even if it ticks if it does not work either
