admin cancellation email doesn't contain date and service

I've set the script up for a client at so far I'm very happy with functionality, has been working really well and linking to google calendar has been great. I do have one problem, say for example a new customer has booked a session and then decides to cancel, the user then logs into website to cancel the session, an email is now sent to admin but the info sent in the email doesn't include the details as attached.

The admin email doesn't notify the admin of which

services
start time
end time
booking date ?

any help appreciated

In Administrator email, you just need to use tag {Services} because that tag will contain all order items
