Not getting email confirmation

Hi there. Once I test the process of booking a appointment, I do not receive the email confirmation as the person that books and also the confirmation of the person that made the book. I get as far as the confirmation invoice, but no credit card confirmation.

I am not sure with confirmation invoice but no credit card confirmation, you mean that the confirmation email from payment gateway?

Sorry, a few different issues:
1. Filling out the form to book an appointment and get the credit card information offline, there is no confirmation afterwards.
2. Once someone has made a appointment, I do not receive a email confirmation.

Please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the issue for you.
