Membership Pro - can administrator assign

Hello,

Is it possible for an administrator to assign free subscriptions to individual users that are registered into Membership Pro? For example, owner wants some subscriptions to be available for anyone to purchase, but wants other items only available to select customers for no fee. Does not want them available to subscribe to by anyone else.

By the way, I've used several of your other products and this one looks just as amazing as those! Nice work!

Yes, it is possible. There are few ways to do that:

1. Create a new Joomla user groups, called Assigned Members for example, it should be child group of Registered group

2. Create a new access level called Assigned Members, only select Assigned Members for this access level

3. Edit that plan, set access level to Assigned Members so that only users who you assign to Assigned Members group can see this plan

4. Then these users can login, see the plan, subscribe for it

The otherway is you adding subscription records for these users manually. Just go to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions to add it

Membership Pro, at this time, is really the best Membership solution for Joomla and I will still work hard to improve it

Thank you for the fast response. If I'm understanding correctly, adding manually would be what I need. For example user 1 needs audio 2 and doc3. user 2 needs audio 2. user 4 needs audio 2 doc3 and video6. Each user could have unique requirements. Is that correct?
