Bar Management System

I need to build a bar management site to be run on a local server:
1)customers need to make Food and beverage orders from their phones/tablets.
2)In the backend, orders are needed to be listed in chronological order and flagged when done
3)In the personal profile area orders need to be flagged as (shipped, in progress, received).

Do you think i can make something like that with eshop?
Does anyone already did it?
