I'm confused about what the package contains.

Hi.

Before buying this product I just want to know what bits are needed?

Do I just but a template I like AND the OSP component to do a full installation? Or do the templates include the component?

Does it come with a Quickstart setup?

Hi Lou,
OSP Templates were designed to work with OS Property extension. So that those templates include OS Property in the packages.
All templates have Quickstart packages. They are Joomla site with template, OS Property extension installed.
