Hi. I wanted to ask if this component can send an email to the user to confirm the appointment and if he does not make that confirmation in, for example, 10 minutes, the appointment is canceled and that time is again available.

In OS Services Booking, when user add timeslot to his cart, he will have one hour to complete the order (this time duration can be changed). After one hour, if he doesn't complete his order. The timeslot will be released and other customers can book it.

We would use the extension for a appoinment system for a doctor. We will not charge for the service. For that reason, we asked if we could have a confirmation of the appointment through an email notification, in addition to being able to confirm the user's email. If the user does not confirm it via email at a certain time, the order would be canceled. This is possible? Regards!
OS Services Booking won't able to confirm the notification email from customers. But i think it's not important in this case. Once customer complete their booking, the order status will be Pending, and one email will be sent to customer. Here, if the customer confirm the order by replying the confirmation email, administrator can change order status from Pending to Complete to confirm the order.
