two questions regarding the joom donation payment gateways
a. Is it possible to create an extra plugin for a payment gateway that doesn't currently exist (for a specific bank for example)
b. is it possible to create another plugin to accept payment in bitcoin?
If not possible to do by a user, do you accept commissions to do them? And if yes, a price range?
