Hello,
I am very interested in Event Booking, but I would like to be sure that it will fully meet my needs, we want to use this component to manage pre-registrations for training. :
- Is it possible to see the back office in demo mode?
- Is it possible to propose several dates and that the visitor can choose the desired date (drop-down menu) in the same event?
- Is it possible to provide a PDF in the description of the event?
- Is it possible to put files as attachments in notifications received by email after a pre-registration?
- The training will not be paid at the time of pre-registration. Is it possible to validate this pre-registration without payment and to provide a quote?
- Is it possible to cancel the pre-registration and make the space available for another person?

Thanks for interested in the extension. Below are our answers to your questions:

1. We don't give access to backend of demo site because we are worry that customers can change demo data which we prepared, sorry

2. That could be done by creating a custom field to allow registrants to choose the date they want for their registration. Another options is creating additional dates for that event, and then users can choose to register for the date they want, see this on demo site joomdonationdemo.com/eventbooking/featur...tures/multiple-dates

3. We don't really have a way to allow you to do that. Maybe you can upload attachments for the event, and then users can download that PDF file when viewing the event. Or maybe insert Download Link directly in the description of the event.

4. Yes. You can upload attachments for each event and then when users register for the event, the attachments will be sent to their email

5. This is something not handled by Events Booking. You will need to handle this process manually somehow

6.Yes, the extension has built-in feature to allow cancelling registration, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...-cancel-registration
