Option sorting

I've made a shop and the sorting from the options does not correctly. Some options would be displayed correct (like these one: dieidee-wolhusen.ch/shop/gestecke/gesteck-im-rotton.html )
Other options (from these product: dieidee-wolhusen.ch/shop/geschenkartikel...cknete-rose-rot.html ) are not sorting correctly. In the configuration/sorting I've done the settings.
Could someone help me?

Dear Oibaf,

Please go to the back-end of your site, then go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Sorting tab, you will see the option to choose sorting for Options and Option Values there.
