Can Membership Pro require differnet subscription fee + monthly fee?

I have a very custom website where i build specific tools for big clients. Can Membership Pro require a different initial membership fee of, say, $500 and then require lower monthly payments to keep the subscription active - like $100/mo?

Yes. This is called Setup Fee option, you can setup a recurring subscription plan with:

- Setup Fee: 500$
- Recurring Subscription: Yes
- Price: 100
- Subscription Length: 1 month

And it will work as expected. Also, you will need to use at least one of the below payment gateways which support recurring subscriptions:
- PayPal
- PayPal Pro
- Authorize.net
- Stripe
- Mollie
