Where i can change the date in Europe level
I wont have in Events Exemple: 12.12.2019 ( day.month.year without pm or am i must have Uhr ) in german standard

Hello

You can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Event Date Format, change it to meet the format you need.

Look at php.net/manual/en/function.date.php to see all parameters which you can use for that config option
