As other Joomla extensions, Joom Donation has 2 parts:
- Core functions
- Layouts
Joom Donation was built based on MVC structure, so core functions are placed in "controller" and "model" folders. Actually, i don't think you want to change those functions.
Layouts of Joom Donation like campaigns list, donation form ..etc are placed in "view" folder. And Joomla has feature to allow you to override layouts of specific extension:

Lastly, in case you want to customize any feature of Joom Donation, based on support scope, we can suggest the solution or help you in minor customization if you need.
