You just need to go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Event Date Format config option to d.m.Y H:i \U\h\r and it should solve the issue

Event Date is a text input config option, so you can enter any value you want. Not sure why you said the option does not exist? Maybe you can let us know exactly where you want to use this date format so that I can understand your request better?
