I love the ticket type feature because it very much simplifies the various ticket options for a given event. I am hoping there is a better way that I might be able to fully configure to make it less confusing for my meeting attendees.

I have 3 ticket types, each with a different fee amount. When a guest registers they should only choose one option, but the way it displays is they can register for multiple tickets. Is there a way to have selection limited to only one ticket of the 3 options? I was thinking a radiobutton would be the most effective.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can limit the ticket registration option to 1 ticket of the 3?

Hello Jon

Unfortunately, we don't support it at the moment. I think the simplest way would be customizing the code so that when a ticket type selected, the quantity of other ticket type would be reset to 0

Doing this customization, however, will cost you 40$. Let us know if you are interested in this customization
