Change paid particpant from one vent to another event

HI

I present training at different cities on different dates. I use the parent event and then use add-on dates and venues.

When some registers for say evant A on 10/07 at venue Z and they paid, they will be booked and receive email with venue etc for that event.

Now the registrant come back later and ask to change the event A to another date say 20/07 and venue Y.

How can I make this change as admin without cancelling event A at venue Z and created new one for Venue Y.

You can edit the registration record, select new event for it and it should be fine

Actually find the way, you search the participant, Select the name next to the event, it will then open the registrants particulars, and change the new event date and place, save and select the registrant to resend email.
