Setting Up Joom Credits

Dear Support,

We recently purchased a Joom Credit from you guys.

We are experiencing a couple of difficulties setting up our Joom Credit on our site.

Here are the points that we need to address:

1. Link for JC HwdVideoShare, JC Seyret does not work and we are getting an error when we try to link it with the menu. (Please see image below).

2. The set up inside of the configuration does not have options were we can add video, document files, and so fort.

3. Could you please let us know how we can add an articles or a video to a certain page were the customer will need to use there credit to view or download the files.
