How to receive updates?

I am running Eshop version 3.0.2. How can I receive updates to the latest version? Do I have to purchase the eShop again? So the ability to download updates expires upon 12 months of the purchase?

I answered you via ticket system. Your subscription for EShop was from 20 April 2017 and it was expired at 20 April 2018. As our terms and conditions at www.joomdonation.com/terms-and-conditions.html , you must re-purchase EShop to have a new subscription of 12 months to download update and get our premium supports.

After that, you can download and update EShop to the latest version normally.
