Help with shipping plugins

We have 6 products on our store and we deliver to 4 locations. 

The 4 locations are: 

• UK 
• Eurozone not including UK
• World Zone 1
• World Zone 2

The shipping rates vary by product and by location.

For example one product has the shipping as:

• UK GBP 3.00
• Eurozone outside UK GBP 4.40
• Zone 1 GBP 6.00
• Zone 2 GBP 7.00

Whereas another product has the shipping as:

• UK GBP 4.00
• Eurozone outside UK GBP 9.00
• Zone 1 GBP 12.00
• Zone 2 GBP 12.00

I've tried several of the shipping plugins, but can't get any of them to work properly. Please could you help?

Thank you for submitting the question here. Regarding your question:

1. You need to create 4 different Geo Zones to include 4 locations that you want to have. Please read about how to manage Geo Zones here eshopdocs.joomservices.com/system-manage/geo-zones

2. You need to use default Flat shipping plugin of EShop and 3 duplicated Flat shipping plugins, each one has a different flat shipping cost and assign to corresponding Geo Zone. I have read the documentation  Flat Shipping | EShop Documentation (joomservices.com)  but I don't know where I can download plg_shop_flat2.zip,  plg_eshop_flat3.zip  e.t.c
I have purchased eshop before years and I don't think I have that account, neither I saved a copy of eshop zip. Is it possible to send me only these plg_shop_flatxx zip files, in my email petermanesis@hotmail.com?

Thank you for your replies. In my case I don't need the Geo Zone shipping, I just need to duplicate 2-3 times the flat shipping. I read the documentation which saying "go to folder "duplicated-shipping-plugins" you will see 5 duplicated Flat Shipping plugins there." but I don't have the "eshop_unzip_first.zip" package any more. 
Could you please sent me how can I download the eshop package or where I can download the "plg_eshop_flat2.zip" , "plg_eshop_flat3.zip"  etc

Hello Petros,

If you purchased EShop, then you should have EShop package which include duplicated flat shipping plugins. I just checked our Sales system and I figured out you didn't purchase EShop. How did you have our EShop extension to install on your site?

Please purchase it to have a valid subscription of 12 months to download update and get our supports. Then you will have the EShop package to use duplicated flat shipping plugins.

I had purchased eshop before years with a different account, which I don't have/remember. I use to keep a local backup of items that I purchase, I will try to find that local backup of eshop.

If you purchased EShop few years ago, then your subscription of EShop was expired. You should re-purchase EShop to have a new subscription of 12 months to download update and get our supports. Then you can download the latest version of EShop as well as duplicated shipping plugins from the package as I said.
