Import list with registrants ? was created by Leon Treff
Hello,
I would like to register by default (as an administrator) one list of persons for one specific event (that will happen regularly, once a year).
To do that, I would like to import a list of registrants from an external .CSV file, similar to events or coupons.
What is the effort to implement such a feature ?
Sincerely
Léon

Hi Léon
I guess it will cost you about 80$ for implementing this customization. So unless it is really needed, maybe you should enter these registrants manually
Just go to Events Booking -> Registrants, press new button in the toolbar to create a new registration record
Regards,
Tuan

Hello,
yes I know how to do it manually. It will take me some time, for about 120 registrants.
Knowing that you estimate it possible to add such an implementation is ok for me, for now. There are some variable parameters to take into consideration.
So currently, one more question: Is it right that, if the admin does the registration manually, the registrant (user) does not receive an registration email, but only the admin (and those persons indicated in the config)? This behaviour is fine for my purpose.
Sincerely,
Léon

Hello,
the registrant will receive an email if you register them via the back end.
Due to an unfortunate bug, if you add somebody to the waiting list via the back end, they get a registration confirmation email.
It's impossible to correctly enter payment details via a back end registration (e.g. Paypal transaction ID).
