User group assignment/move doesn't happen upon paypal Payment .

I have my joomla and MBpro setup to put users in the corresponding groups when they buy a subscription.

it works perfectly well when the price is $0 (aka the Free trial group). But the minute it becomes $1 and the appropriate paypal dialog happens, the user is NOT moved into the group... I have them set to move from "Registered" into their correct group. This is done under the "Assign to Joomla Groups" box.

2. What is the status of the subscription record after payment completed?

yes payment was made..

Subscription status for the user who's group did not change says "Pending".

FYI: I am not using email Verification. it is turned off in Global settings.

That mean there is something wrong with your PayPal account (the one uses to receive payment). Usually, it happens because PayPal IPN is disabled in the PayPal account

You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to subscription form so that we can check it further
