Members not automatically activated after payment was created by Footprint Communication
Hi there,

I'm struggling with getting members automatically activated after payment via paypal.
I tried all sorts of settings, but each time, I have to manually activate the accounts.
See attached screenshot with the current configuration. Am I missing something?

Thank you beforehand,
Rudolf+++

Hi

Might be a problem with your PayPal account (PayPal IPN is disabled). Please;

1. Go to Membership Pro -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin to edit

2. Set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes

3. Try to subscribe again, complete payment

4. Submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site

I will check the log and then we can process it further

Tuan

OK, sorry it took solong. Logging is activated and a customer has paid and this was registered by the system but he remained pending, so I had to change that manually.
I made a temporary super user. How do I give the login details?

Thanks,
