Radio Field Not Hidden

I have a few conditional fields set up that are dependent upon a radio button being marked Yes, and the default is No - thus the other fields should be hidden. However, when viewing the form, all the radio buttons are visible regardless of the setting. How can I fix this, or what did I do wrong?

It would seem the CSS is not working properly when set according to the field options from the Custom Fields screen on the admin side.

Just want to update that at the moment, Membership Pro only support one level of dependency. The site needs multiple levels of dependency and that's the reason it doesn't work

I will try to add support for it, but it would take time to implement. We would have it supports in Membership Pro in 4 to 6 weeks
