OSM_PAYMENT_FAILURE_OR_CANCELLED not displayed was created by jeronimo
When a user clicks on "return to merchant" in the paypal login page they should see OSM_PAYMENT_FAILURE_OR_CANCELLED but instead see OSM_SUBSCRIPTION_CANCELLED which is incorrect. Is this a bug?
