How are those numbers possible when I started 6 days ago, on Monday?

What do you mean? It says this week and last week 0 which is utter nonsense no matter if there are old records or not.

Might cause by something in timezone setting. Could you please go to System -> Global configuration, check and make sure timezone is configured properly to your timezone?

Also, not sure what's the time there now? Maybe it's still Sunday in your country? Try to wait until tomorrow to check to see if it's displaying properly?
