Registered user unable to add/edit property

Registered user unable to add/edit property was created by Steve Blake
Registered users are not able to add or edit properties. The menu is set to be available for registered users only but when a registered user tries to add a property it says:

"Message
You do not have permission to go to this area"

Hi,
Did you turn on configure option: "Allow user to upload their properties" at Back-end > OS Property > Configuration > Tab: User type?
