You can find the table #__osrs_watermark in the folder of component (after download and extract zip file com_osproperty.j2.5.5_j3.x.zip
admin/sql/install.osproperty.sql
and the new data for table
#__osrs_configuration
is in file
admin/sql/configuration.osproperty.sql
P/s: I just updated the latest version 2.0.4.5

i think its easier if you can create a custom mqsql file to import directly preserving the old datas and create new tables .

please make the upgrading process easier for manual upgrading .

one way of doing it is as above create a custom update mysql file for each table which the function like (dont overwrite data is exist etc) and second by preserving the old data strructure example

old

(137, 'listing_show_ncomments', '1'), >> (144, 'listing_show_ncomments', '1'),

practically i cant update anything now and i m not sure how others did update and preserve old data, if you guys manage to do it please share

thanks
