Hello,

I used the payment form extension to create a membership sign up form. The form is to collect information from users and redirect to a payment system such as PayPal to collect payment and process the payment.

Right now, the form collects the information and displays a "payment complete" page with all the information entered on the form. However, it does not redirect to PayPal for the user to enter payment details and process the payment.

Please I need your help here. What do I need to do to get this fixed? Thanks!

I believe there is something wrong with your setting. Please submit a support ticket sending me administrator account of your site so that I can check and solve it for you .

Hi

Checked and found out the reason of the error. In the custom field you created, in the Fee Values attribute, you entered $ currency symbol before the amount and it causes the error. Please enter 1000 instead of $1000 (I corrected it on your site, just for future custom fields if you want to create) and It will work as expected .

That's strange. I just tested it recently and It went to Paypal page (test mode). What Membership Type did you choose ?

Yes you're right Tuan. It does redirect to PayPal when any other membership plan except 'Members: $100' is selected. Why is that? What do I do to fix this?

Hi Tomi

You just need to check and make sure at the end of each membership option (in the Values field), there is not empty space character and it will work as expected .

What option did you try and it didn't work ? I can help you to check and correct it for you .

Thank you, thank you so much. It was the Members: $100 field. I have fixed it now based on your response. And it works perfectly. Thank you so much for your speedy responses. I appreciate it a whole lot.
