Hello,

I just can't get PP Pro plugin to work with a website.

I must admit that I don't have experience with eShop but I manage a lot of HikaShop websites so I know how to setup a payment plugin.

I've used two different PP Pro accounts (API credentials are triple-checked) that are used with other websites before and two different 100% working bank cards to make a purchase.

Every time I get "payment failure".

Regular PayPal payments and Offline Credit Card payments are working fine. The website was migrated on another server, but the feature wasn't working with the previous host as well.


Any suggestions?

Hello Vladimir,

Can you please let me know what's version of EShop that you are using on your site? By the way, I don't see any order from your account. Please let me know where and when did you purchase EShop and EShop PayPal Pro payment plugin?
