Expedited Shipping plugins

As caption there should be Expedited Shipping plugins.
Basically eshops here don't work directly with DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS/Aramex and the like but the forwarders and agents for better service and lower rate.So there should be Expedited Shipping plugins for them respectively.
As mentioned, no need api working with the courier services directly as no need direct connection with them. Shops only need the interface to define the freight (based on weight or quantity or size) according to geo zones(geo zone settings are now available in eshop already) and name this is DHL, that's Fedex... Basically the plugins are some options only. Not hard job.

Was on biz trip. I'm afraid not enough as I cannot find configuration similar to:
geo zone A: 1(KGS)|10(USD);2(KGS)|15(USD)(KGS)|18(USD)...
geo zone B: 1(KGS)|12(USD);2(KGS)|18(USD)(KGS)|20(USD)...
......I mean there should be freight rate setting based on weight, and options applicable for different geo zone setttings under system settings.
