Not Getting order confirmation from ESHOP

Hi I am not getting order confirmation from the order on EShop after customer pays. I went under system/mail and enter the email address but did not receive anything.

I want an alert to be sent to my email so I can start preparing for the order. Joomla and web template is up to date. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks

We noticed recently that we get the PayPal notification though nothing from the site but this could just be for PayPAl payments.

Hello Bob,

I think the problem because you disabled PayPal IPN in your PayPal account. Please login to your PayPal account and make sure that IPN is enabled from there, then it will work properly.
