It is a little confusing (especially for the client) that once a order is payed, I have to change the status back from 'completed' to the various other stages the order goes through. (And the client will be informed by email that 'your order status has been changed from completed to preparing')
In our example, once an order is payed, the orderstatus would be changed to 'preparing', then 'packaging' and finally 'shipping'.
It would be handy to set the 'complete' stage manually only when the order is actually delivered to the client, just as we do with offline-payments.
Yes, you can. "Complete" is default setting of EShop. You can change it by going to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab, at "Complete Order Status" choose another Order status instead of "Complete"
