2 diferrent plugin for weight

Hi all,

I have enabled 2 plg_eshop_weight,
Fist for small packages up to 10kg, with courier that accepts pay on delivery.
Second for lagre packages 10kg to 50kg with transport agency (no pay on delivery option)

plg_eshop_weight
1|2;3.5|3;4.5|4;5.5|5;6.5|6;7.5|7;8.5|9;10.5|10;11.5

plg_eshop_weight2
1|10;20|20;10|25;15|45;20

How is possible to disable plg_eshop_weight2 for weight below 10kg so to show only plg_eshop_weight ?
