Authorize.Net Payment Plugin Problem

Authorize.Net Payment Plugin Problem was created by Brandon Dooley
I've been having trouble getting this plugin to work. When I get to the checkout stage and have to enter the credit card info, the very end asks for a verification code but nowhere to enter the field. Nowhere in the plugin does it say anything about it and I can't find a way to disable it. Is there supposed to be a ReCaptcha or a checkbox?
