Bulk Import - Appears not to function

Originating folder(s) are all there config appears properly set, server settings, etc as per documentation. However, bulk import does not import anything. Have had files in root, edoc, docs and other subfolders, but still nothing happens.

There might be something wrong with your settings as It works well here for us. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you ?
