I'm having an issue with certain users downloading files.
The site is set up to have multiple clients who each have their own separate downloads directory (which is linked to that client's own Joomla access level). This works fine for the most part, but there appears to be one anomaly. If I upload a file to a specific-client-only directory, I can download it as the client. If I attempt to download it from the front end as an administrator, I am sent back to the top level that my access allows.
So, I upload a file in 'Client 4's Downloads' for client4, attempt to download it to check it as soon as it has completed, and end up back in my main downloads folder (with no download).
Any idea what might be causing this?
