Assign same Dokument to different authors

Hello,
i am lookng to assign one certain document to a number of different authors without having to upload the same doc ten times or more... is there a way to link them?

Not sure I understand your requirement correctly or not. However, when you create a document, there is a field called User Ids. You can enter ID of the users you want to be able to access and download that document (comma separated) into that field and only these users will be allowed to access and download the document

I understood that you can restrict access via entering the author/user ID. Access is not the issue. The doc should be free to everybody. What i mean is that there seem to be just one author/user you can register the ownership of doc while uploading it.

Yes, unfortunately, right now, we can only have one owner for a doc. It it not possible to assign different authors to the document
