Joomla smart search plugin?

In Edocman package, there is the plugin called: plug_finder_edocman.zip, that's the Joomla Smart Search plugin of Edocman extension.

When i want set the filter on smart search i don't find the field to filter the research on documents of Edocman. So how this plugin works?

Do i have to run the Indexer of Joomla smart search always or only once to index the documents of Edocman?

Waiting for your reply i tested the Joomla smart search plugin. The problem is that user see on the results search list the documents assigned to other users. If he tries to open these documents he get the message that he cannot do that but he see the private documents of other users.

Currently, the Smart Search plugin of Edocman only can search properly with Access level (Public, Registered, Special etc.) It doesn't have feature to prevent showing with documents that were assigned to specific users.
