Hi,

I have edocman installed on my site with the indexer plugin. For some reason indexing of uploaded documents is incomplete. The documents are all about 8 pages, with a couple of pages which are lists of names. Indexing ignores the lists of names for all documents but the remaining text is correctly indexed and listed index the index icon. Are there restrictions on the indexing? How can I force comprehensive indexing.

The PDFs are searchable, once downloaded the lists of names are searchable.

Regards

Chris

Thanks Dam. I have raised a suport ticket #38263 and attached a sample pdf, also a login for the site so that you can check that if necessary.

The problem can be solved by changing attribute of column: indexed_content of MySQL Table: #__edocman_documents from TEXT to MEDIUMTEXT
Thanks
