I'm trying to assign modules to the search results page but not having any luck.

Can anyone give me a few pointers on how it can be done?

Hi Kevin,
In the Search module, you have the parameter called: Itemid. You can enter the Menu ID number of specific menu.
Then, in the search result, all modules were assigned to the menu will be shown.
