PDF Indexer

I am using PDF Indexer with Joomla 3.8.1 and Windows 10. The problem is when I search for something it will not open the searched documents if they are password protected for editing and printing. It will open the search document if it is not password protected. It will open password protected files when opened outside the search function.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

You mean that the document with password protected isn't able to indexed through PDF Indexer, right?

Sorry for the late response. I have been out of town.

The pdf files have no protection ore restrictions. Search words are found in html articles and pdf files. When clicking on an html file shown in the search results it works. When clicking on a pdf file shown in the search results an error page is displayed.
