File with arabic name is not working

Hi,

I am trying to upload file with arabic filename, it will upload, but when i click the link, it will direct me to category list page.

I am uploading the database document table screenshot. There i can see "filename" field with value "file_5a2f8acfa1b24_png" and "orginal_filename" value is "سيسيسي.png".
the concatenating function is not working well, Please help me, tomorrow is the launching of the website. Please help me....

thank you for your quick fix on router.php, but still the document icon representation is not working properly, Please check the support request
