Updater Not Working

When trying to update from 1.9.4 to 1.9.5, I'm getting error messages:

Warning: Error connecting to the server: 403

Error: Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...ckage&document_id=82 .

When clicking on the above link, it is an erroneous link.

I cannot find the update package anywhere, so I installed the versions in the "My Downloads" area. But it's still showing a need to update.

Please make sure you already done 2 below steps before you can upgrading Edocman from Back-end of Joomla site.
1. Register a download ID and enter it in Edocman Configuration: www.joomdonation.com/download-ids.html
2. Publishing Joomla installer plugin - Edocman Update package
